                    IN FACT OUR BRAIN AND THE WHOLE BODY STAY REMARKABLY ACTIVE WHILE SLEEP AND SOME RESEARCH  SAY SLEEP CAN PLAY A HOUSEWORKER ROLE THAT MEANS SLEEP CAN REMOVE ALL TOXIC IN OUR BRAIN 

                    NORMALLY A HUMAN CAN NEED ATLEAST 6 TO 8 HOURS PER DAY
